For practices with daily dictation, detailed reports, and a particular way of doing things. We build the process around the work you already do.

Keep the report structure and terminology your team depends on. Customize the details that make a document yours.
Use automation where it helps: structured transcription, spelling checks, and optional agent-assisted review.
02 / THE PROCESS
A connected workflow brings audio, context, formatting, and review together. Explore what happens along the way.
Bring individual recordings or a batch of dictation. Our tooling supports file uploads, folder batches, and configured file-transfer workflows, with conversion for legacy recording formats.

03 / OUR WORK, IN NUMBERS
Our audio and document archives reflect an established, recurring workflow. These are rounded archive volumes; the records behind them stay private.

An established daily workflow, averaging 300+ documents per active archive day.
Snapshot taken 10 October 2026. Figures are ballpark estimates based on dated audio and Word-document archive folders. Cumulative totals are rounded down to the nearest 100,000, daily averages to the nearest 100, and monthly volumes to the nearest 1,000. Entries sharing a normalized filename stem and archive date are counted once; converted-audio folders and temporary files are excluded. The average uses dates with at least one document entry in September 2026. Archive dates are filing dates, not verified receipt or delivery timestamps. These counts do not measure unique patients, completed orders, accuracy, capacity, or an audio-to-report conversion rate. Audio and document entries are not necessarily paired one-to-one. No record contents, filenames, exact entry counts, or individual-day figures are published.
04 / BUILT AROUND YOUR PRACTICE
The right transcription workflow understands more than words. It understands how you want the finished report to read.
Let’s shape your workflowConfigure section order, formatting, preferred terms, and clinician-specific instructions. Keep the finished document familiar to your team.
We have tooling to prepare paired audio and transcript examples, including training and validation splits. Discuss a custom model project, subject to data permissions and evaluation.
Start with your current recording and document process. Add batch automation, spelling reconciliation, or optional agent-assisted review where they fit.
05 / ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS
We focus on checks you can understand and a review process you can discuss. AI output needs careful evaluation, especially in medical documentation.
Our workflows support timestamped transcription and spelling reconciliation. Optional agent review can revisit selected audio to investigate uncertain text.
Check structure, formatting, and continuity. Optional agent review can inspect rendered pages and surface unresolved issues for follow-up.
Define your report format, acceptance criteria, and turnaround requirements before work begins. Evaluate a scoped pilot against your own standards.
Agent-assisted review is an optional capability with defined workflow coverage. Accuracy criteria and turnaround targets are established around your requirements.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT ASK
Turnaround depends on volume, recording length, report complexity, and review requirements. Email us with a general description of your workflow and deadlines so we can agree on a suitable schedule. Archive volume figures are not delivery-time measurements.
Yes. Our tooling supports clinician-specific templates, section structures, formatting rules, and terminology preferences. Start by describing your requirements; we can arrange an appropriate way to review example formats.
Our pipeline uses AI-assisted transcription and offers optional agent-assisted review for supported workflows. We also have tooling to prepare audio/transcript datasets for fine-tuning and validation. A custom model engagement needs an agreed scope, permission to use the data, and evaluation; model adaptation is configured for each engagement.
